26-Mar-2021 Power Grid Corporation, Gayatri Highways and Godrej industries to see some action today <p align="justify"><strong>Power Grid Corporation</strong>, pursuant to its selection as the successful bidder under tariff based competitive bidding, has acquired Bikaner-II Bhiwadi Transco (BBTL) which would implement a power transmission project. The entity was acquired for aggregate value of about Rs 20.50 crore including 10,000 equity shares at par at Rs 10 each along with assets and liabilities of the company.</p><p align="justify"><strong>Gayatri Highways</strong> has successfully completed the acquisition of 12.71% of equity share capital of the HKR Roadways effective March 24, 2021. As Gayatri Highways is engaged in infrastructure industry, the investment in HKR Roadways would be very beneficial for the future growth prospects.</p><p align="justify"><strong>Godrej industries</strong> has completed the acquisition of shares in Pyxis Holdings on March 25, 2021.
