27-Nov-2020 DHFL's Q2 net loss narrows to Rs 2122 crore <p align="justify">Dewan Housing Finance Corporation (DHFL) has reported results for second quarter ended September 30, 2020.<p align="justify">The company has reported net loss of Rs 2122.64 crore for the quarter under review as compared to net loss of Rs 6705.35 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company marginally increased by 4.34% at Rs 2205.90 crore for Q2FY21 as compared Rs 2114.17 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.<p align="justify">On the consolidated basis, the company has reported net loss attributable to owners of Rs 2122.65 crore for the quarter under review as against net loss of Rs 6640.62 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company decreased by 14.54% at Rs 2205.90 crore for Q2FY21 as compared Rs 2581.16 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.</p>

19-Sep-2020 DHFL seeks loan dues of Rs 112 crore from Pune-based realtor, guarantors <p align="justify">Dewan Housing Finance Corporation (DHFL) has issued a demand notice for loan overdues of over Rs 112 crore from Pune-based Landscape Realty and its guarantors, which include entities and individuals linked to the 187-year-old PNG Jewellers, a popular chain of gold retailing shops. </p><p align="justify">DHFL is one of India's premier housing finance companies and is among the oldest private sector Housing Finance Companies (HFC) in India. The company was established to enable access to affordable housing finance to the lower and middle income groups in semi-urban and rural parts of India.<br></p>

11-Feb-2020 Dewan Housing Finance Corporation informs about unaudited financial results <P align=justify>Dewan Housing Finance Corporation has informed that the Administrator (assisted by the Advisory Committee), in a meeting scheduled to be held on Thursday, 20th February, 2020 shall consider the Un-audited Standalone &amp; Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter/ nine month ended 31st December, 2019 along with limited review report thereon by the Statutory Auditors of the Company. The Company approved the Un-audited Standalone &amp; Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter/ sixth month ended 30th September, 2019 along with limited review report thereon by the Statutory Auditors of the Company on 22nd January, 2020 with delay and submitted the results on the same date. Due to the aforesaid reason there is a delay in finalization of financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2019. 23-Jan-2020 Dewan Housing Finance Corporation informs about unaudited financial results <p align="justify">Dewan Housing Finance Corporation, vide letter bearing no. DHFL/CSD/2019-20/1729 dated 20th November, 2019, had intimated the stock exchanges that the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has superseded the Board of Directors of the Company and appointed R. Subramaniakumaras the Administrator of the Company in terms of Section 45-IE of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 (RBI Act). In continuation thereof vide letter No. DHFL/CSD/2019-20/1732 dated 22nd November, 2019, the Company had intimated the stock exchanges that RBI, in exercise of powers conferred under section 45 IE 5(a) of the RBI Act, has constituted a three member Advisory Committee to assist the Administrator of the Company in discharge of his duties. Further, the Company through letter bearing no: DHFL/CSD/2019-20/1741 dated 3rd December 2019, had intimated that, pursuant to an order dated 3rd December, 2019 of the '\ National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench (NCLT), Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) has been initiated against the Company as per the provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (Code). 02-Dec-2019 Reserve Bank sends DHFL to NCLT for resolution <p align="justify">The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has sent Dewan Housing Finance Corporation (DHFL) to the bankruptcy tribunal, making it the first NBFC/HFC to be resolved under the insolvency and bankruptcy code. As per the central bank, there will an interim moratorium on the lender between the date of filing of the bankruptcy application and its admission or rejection.</p><p align="justify">DHFL is one of India's premier housing finance companies and is among the oldest private sector Housing Finance Companies (HFC) in India.
