06-Feb-2020 Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Change in Directorate Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that in terms of recommendation of NRC, the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e., 06.02.2020 has appointed Mr. Amit Kiran Deb (DIN : 02107792) as an Additional Director in the Independent Category of the Company for a period of 5 (Five) years with effect from 1.04.2020 till 31.03.2025 subject to the approval of the shareholders at next AGM, in place of Mr. Mangilal Jain (DIN: 00353075), Independent Director, whose second and final terms of appointment will be expiring on 31.03.2020. We confirm that Mr. Amit Kiran Deb is not related to any of the Directors of the Company and is not debarred from holding the office of Director pursuant to order of any Regulatory Authority. 06-Feb-2020 Board declares Interim Dividend Star Cement Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at their \Meeting held on February 06, 2020, inter alia, has declared an Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2019-2020 @ 100% i.e., Re. 1/- (Rupee one) (exclusive of Corporate Dividend Tax) per Equity Share of face value Re.1/- each.

24-Jun-2019 Star Cement gets nod to buyback 1.62% stake for Rs 102 crore <p align="justify">Star Cement has received approval to buyback upto 68 lakh fully paid-up equity share of Re 1 each of the Company (representing 1.62% of the total equity capital) from all the Equity shareholders of the Company, at a price of Rs 150 per share payable in cash for an aggregate consideration not exceeding Rs 102 crore. The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 21, 2019 has approved the same.</p><p align="justify">Star Cement is engaged in cement manufacturing in north east India. 08-May-2019 Star Cement reports 16% fall in Q4 consolidated net profit <p align="justify">Star Cement has reported results for the fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2019.&nbsp; <br></p><p align="justify">The company has reported a marginal rise of 3.87% in its net profit at Rs 63.37 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2019 as compared to Rs 61.01 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 6.90% at Rs 504.24 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 471.69 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2018.<br></p><p align="justify">On consolidated basis, the company has reported fall of 15.84% in its net profit at Rs 91.59 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2019 as compared to Rs 108.83 crore for the corresponding quarter in the FY18. However, total consolidated income of the company rose marginally by 2.23% at Rs 537.86 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 526.15 crore for the same quarter ended previous year. <br></p><p align="justify">For the year ended March 31, 2019, the company has posted a rise of 21.40% in its net profit at Rs 255.89 crore as compared to Rs 210.78 crore for the previous year.
