Voluntary Delisting of Shares Inter alia, has passed a resolution by way of circulation with requisite majority in accordance with the applicable provisions of Companies Act, 2013 read with Secretarial Standards-1 issued by The Institute of Company Secretaries of India in regards to voluntary delisting of 11,31,34,450 equity shares of the Company having face value of Rs. 2/- per share from The Calcutta Stock Exchange Limited on 20* March, 2021 in terms of provisions under regulation 6(a) read with regulation 7 of SEBI ( Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009. However, the equity shares of the Company shall continue to be listed on BSE Limited (BSE) and National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE), both having nationwide trading terminals.
